Deelightful Roux School of Cooking is the only African American-owned cooking school in New Orleans, led by native Chef Dee Lavigne. Whether you are a seasoned home cook or just starting your culinary journey, this experience will immerse you in the vibrant world of Creole and Cajun cuisine.
The event will host 50 individuals in an intimate, interactive setup. The meal will include a specialty drink, beer and wine service, an appetizer, main course, and dessert.
